Terms & Conditions
We accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. No refunds or returns.
If an item is received damaged, or not as specified it is the customers duty to contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange further action.
Wild North Pet's is not responsible for any damages once the product has been used.
All orders are provided with a tracking number. Wild North Pet's uses a third party shipping carrier to ship your orders; general guidelines for shipping times are;
Within Canada 5-15 business days
Within USA 10-20 business days
All other countries 2-6 weeks.
We are not responsible for customs import fees or shipping duties on your order, purchasers are responsible for these fees.
Orders returned to Wild North Pets
In the event the buyer has put the incorrect address, the item was not collected, and the order is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible to pay shipping costs in order to have the order reshipped to them. Refunds will not be available.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost - such as; the tracking information is not updated to confirm delivered, or your order is not able to be located within the shipping process after the following timeline, you may contact Wild North Pets and an insurance claim will be filed to process a refund for you.
Shipping within Canada: after 31 days from your shipped date.
Shipping within USA: after 40 days from your shipped date.
Shipping to all other countries: after 60 days from your shipped date.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. All orders are sent with tracking information. If your order has the status of "Delivered", please check your mail box and/or local post office for your order. If you are unable to locate your order after 48hours of your item being marked delivered and you believe your item has been lost or stolen you may contact Wild North Pets within 10 days. Mail theft is a serious crime and an investigation will be conducted by the shipping company if you believe your order was stolen.
