Shipping & Info

It is solely up to the customer to determine if products are suitable for their pets.  The Consumer accepts all responsibility by purchasing and using these products. Wild North Pets is not responsible for any and all injuries that can occur from the improper use of its products.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. No refunds or returns as all our products are custom.

Shipping

All orders are provided with a tracking number. Wild North Pet's uses a third party shipping carrier to ship your orders; general guidelines for shipping times are;

Within Canada 5-15 business days

Within USA 10-20 business days

All other countries 2-6 weeks. 

We are not responsible for customs import fees or shipping duties on your order,  purchasers are responsible for these fees.

Damage /Defect

If an item is received damaged, or not as specified, it is the customers duty to contact Wild North Pets within 7 days of delivery, I will work hard to ensure to make the situation right.

Wild North Pet's is not responsible for any damages once the product has been used.

Orders returned to Wild North Pets

In the event the buyer has put the incorrect address, the item was not collected, and the order is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible to pay shipping costs in order to have the order reshipped to them. Refunds will not be available.

Lost Mail

In the unlikely event that your order is lost - such as;  the tracking information is not updated to confirm delivery, or your order is not able to be located within the shipping process after the following timeline, you may contact Wild North Pets and an insurance claim will be filed to process a refund for you.

Shipping within Canada: after 30 days from your shipped date.

Shipping within USA: after 30 days from your shipped date.

Shipping to all other countries: after 60 days from your shipped date.
